GIFTS FOR CHILDREN

Disney always seems to have the market cornered on popular holiday gifts for children, and this year is no different. The top gifts for this year (in no particular order):

Elena of Avalor Princess Costume Collection (Disney Store Online and Other Retailers). Elena is the newest princess to hit the market, and is the star of the new TV show on Disney JR. She is very popular with the preschool and young elementary school-age crowd, and anything Elena of Avalor is sure to be popular this holiday season.

Star Wars Lego Sets (Found at Target and Other Retailers)

Truthfully, pretty much anything Star Wars is going to be a good bet. But you can never go wrong when you combine Legos AND Star Wars - plus Legos can be an economical choice for a nephew or friend's kid that you don't want to break the bank on.

Personalized Disney Character Blankets (Disney Store Exclusive). These are one of my all-time favorite gifts to give. My children have several and they absolutely love them all. You can get them in several boys and girls characters, and they are super affordable (like $10 on sale) and highly quality. They withstand lots of love and washing - and kids always love getting things with their names on it!

Fisher Price Little People Disney Collection (Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Many Other Retailers). I seriously adore this collection, and I'm so sad that my kids never got a chance to play with it - I do however have young nieces and nephews, and I buy them Little People toys every chance I get. Like other toys mentioned above, they have lots of boys and girls options, so they are perfect for any small child you need to get gifts for. They also have large and small sets, so they fit a variety of price points.

Gifts for Women

We all know women can be a little hard to shop for (I'm a woman, so it's ok for me to say that). However, you can't go wrong with any of the items on our list. They have been hand-selected for the female Disney fan with selective tastes :)

"Reach for the Sky" coffee mug from The Salty Moose. The Salty Moose is one of my favorite online stores for "grownup" Disney things. She has a beautiful assortment of mugs and wall hangings - I seriously want them all. So, even if your loved one isn't a coffee drinker, check out her shop for her other Disney items - you will be super impressed!

Kate Spade "Miss Piggy Collection" Cameron Street Lane Purse - When in doubt, it's always safe to buy a woman a purse. We love them. We can never have enough of them, especially designer bags like Kate Spade. It makes no sense, but most women would rather have a designer purse and wear clothes from Goodwill than a cheap bag and nice clothes. So, there you go. Kate Spade has a beautiful Miss Piggy collection of purses and they can be MONOGRAMMED(!), which is a double-whammy. Dooney and Burke also always have a nice selection of Disney purses too.

Disney Scent-Inspired Candle from Wishes Candle Co. - I personally love candles. For me, it's a "luxury" item that I can grab and enjoy without breaking the bank. These candles from Wishes Candle Co. are no exception. They come in a variety of Disney Inspired scents and are a great price for a stocking stuffer or for a small gift. AND they come with a free hidden pin inside - so it's really two gifts in one!

Bambi Charm Necklace from "Giddy Up and Grow" - Jewelry is another area that is always sure to make a lady happy. There are certainly lots of great commercial Disney jewelry products (Pandora, Alex & Ani, etc)., but I love looking at all of the handmade items on Etsy. I personally love upcycled items like this Bambi necklace I found from Giddy Up and Grow. She has lots of great Disney inspired items, so be sure to check out her store (she has a great Dumbo necklace too!)

Gifts for Men

It can be super hard to find appropriate gifts for our Disney-loving guys that aren't too "Disney" - you know what I mean? Hopefully our selections will help you find some new items (and websites) that you haven't seen before!

Wreck-it-Ralph Shirt from Skreened - If you haven't ever visited Skreened.com, do yourself a favor and go today. They have super funny t-shirts about lots of topics, but several hundreds (no exaggeration) of Disney ones. I have personally ordered from this site - the shirts are cheap, but extremely good quality and mine has held up very well under multiple washings.

Star Wars Messenger Bag - Obviously, if your guy loves Star Wars, there are quite literally millions of things you can buy him. But why not get him something that's Star Wars that he can actually use? This messenger bag is the perfect way to combine sci-fi and function!

Captain American Cufflinks - Ties are so overdone, so look for cufflinks for a newer dressup option. We have Captain America ones featured here, but you can quite easily find them in any superhero you like. It's another great way your man can have a little fun and still be office-appropriate.

The Gift of Experience

I don't know about you, but as a mom of four kids, I am just overwhelmed by STUFF! I LOVE getting gifts that allow my family to experience things, instead of just another "thing" that I have to find space for. Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise - This one is on my own personal bucket list for my next WDW trip. In this special ticketed event, you get a private viewing of WISHES fireworks on a boat in the Seven Seas Lagoon! Snacks, drinks, and character interactions are included - Prices range from $41-$72 per person.
